If you are Turkish, you’re probably laughing out loud. If you are not, let me explain: Trabzon people are best known for these three characteristics:

• For them, everywhere is Trabzon.

• They love to dance “horon” at every opportunity.

• They live for soccer. More precisely, they live for their team Trabzonspor.

In this logo, I wanted to see how the people of Trabzon could make Paris, well, more like Trabzon. So I came up with the idea of the Eiffel Towers dancing the horon. I designed the logo as a patch to emphasize the football effect.

The finishing touch was adapting Paris Saint Germain's famous slogan "Ici c'est Paris" to "Ici c’est Trabzon’dur da!" by blending the Trabzon dialect of Turkish with French.
